Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced a latest Recruitment notification as SSC CGL Recruitment 2017-18 for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017 (CGL 2017)for filling up different categories of posts in various ministries/departments/organisations.
Staff Selection Commission will hold the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2016 (Tier-I) from 01.08.2017 to 20.08.2017 for selecting candidates for Tier-II examination for filling up different categories of posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations. Subject to administrative / public exigencies, final selection through the Combined Graduate Level Examination to specific categories of posts would be according to the confirmed number of vacancies from the concerned Indenting Ministries/ Department/Office/Cadres before declaration of results.

Eligibility for SSC CGL Recruitment 2017
Education Qualification
Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: Candidates should have acquired a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute or any of the following qualifications: Chartered Accountant/ Cost and management accountant/Company Secretary/Masters I Commerce/Masters in Business Studies/Masters in Business Administration (Finance)/Masters in Business Economics.
Junior Statistical Officer: Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university or institute or should have a Bachelor's degree in any subject with statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
All other posts: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent.
Pay Scale
| A Central Civil post carrying the following grade pay :- Rs.5400, Rs.4800, Rs.4600 and Rs.4200 in the scale of pay of Rs 9300 – 34800 in the Pay Band-2 | GROUP B |
