40 years for employees working in the Courts or other Allied Departments as on
22-06-2017.
Educational
Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree
in Law from a University recognized by law in India with practicing as an
Advocate in Courts of Civil and/ or Criminal Jurisdiction and Degree in Law
from the academic year 2009-2010 and onward with passed the All India Bar
Examination, in order to be considered as eligible for being termed as a
Practicing Advocate or working in the Courts or other Allied Departments.
Selection
Process: Candidates will be selected based
on Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination and/ or Viva-voce.
